We are 100% dairy-free and almost completely vegan, with the exception of honey and bee pollen . We go organic as much as possible, and provide only the best quality ingredients that we can find. Each item on our menu will keep you going through your day, won't weigh you down, and tastes so great (in our humble opinion) that we think you'll come back for more.

CACAO (ke-kow) NIBS

A product of the cocoa bean and cacao tree, the cacao nib was originally discovered in Central America, specifically in the Yucatan Peninsula. The cacao nib is rich in antioxidants and is said to be beneficial to cardiovascular health.


We use a hemp seed granola that adds just the right texture to our bowls. Trust us, it's delicious and ever-so addicting!
